You will get problems, if its look is very close to that of the movie.
You like it because of it uniqueness, if you re-use it, its uniqueness is gone.

I can understand that you can sort of "fell in love" with certain characters and certain designs, but you shouldn't copy it. There is a huge amount of different dragons, why not choosing two or three of them and combining them.
Or, if you are skilled in drawing, draw a dragon from your mind, let your pencil surprise you with discoveries of dragons that never had been seen before! ;-)

^^
yes, i like this dragon because it is so special. it has'nt any "arms", Just his wings. And i want to copy this armless dragon...
Hungarian Horntail is the name of the dragon.

Im very good in drawing portrais and mangas and humans in general, but i'm not very creative.
If i had a picture of a Dragon, i woldn't have any Prolems to draw it in different views but to make one by my own would be a big challenge for me ^^.

"If i had a picture of a Dragon, i wouldn't have any Problems to draw it in different views but to make one by my own would be a big challenge for me ^^."

A few words about creativity.
What is it other than giving the incident a chance?
Drawing less precisely, remembering less precisely, to get rid of the constraints of given relations between at least loosely related elements.
Creativity is not a gift in itself, it is an ability to honor the gifts of accidental results, it is a gift to free yourself from given believes that certain things belong together in a certain and already given manner.

The Hungarian Horntail isn't any different to mix of a greek mystical creatures, of an eagle, a dino, a bat, a hedgehog, a certain smile, a certain look of the eyes... it is for sure the result of several chances and decisions which gift will be developed further until it fits with a certain coolness! wink

your post is interesting and i think i will try it once ^^.
But i still need a dragon :P

and where is the border between my and theirs?
Because, if i would make a Horse than i would copy the horse from Zelda automatically because most of the horses look same.
How can i make a Dragon without copy anyone?

Because i just want to use the idea of the Wings.
Is it the texture, the color ore the physique?

P.S.: Ich spreche auch deutsch ^^

Ist mir klar!^^
Da Du aber in Englisch gestartet hattest und vielleicht noch anderes den Thread lesen, ist es fairer, in Englisch weiterzuschreiben.

The border is visible as soon as you look how much similar creations exist. If their are similar creations their is nobody who can claim it as his copyrighted version.
Another thing, pictures of dragons exist from a time where there have been no copyrights, horses exist without any human inventions etc.
