[Question] Can I publish what I make with a trial version?

See title. Also, is there some sort of license or something I have to buy, or can I publish anything (for profit) that I make?

first of all you can't create .exe files with trial. And you need to buy a license to publish your game. you can publish unlimited number of titles with single license.
