ok... what's the sense behind your post?

This Engine is great - Does Anybody know how much it costs?

Maybe you should have done one big topic of engines so expensive the devs are scared to pin down its price officially...

Is there actually a site that gathers info on how much specific (AAA) engines cost? Prices might be a bit individual and differ but still I'd find it interesting to see how high things have gone these days and if there are any price gaps...

Would be great. But with only great artists, it wouldn't be done. You would have to get one who coordinates the project and if you have to license the engine, somebody who cares for the economic part, fundraising etc.

The videos there are so sweet!!
Maybe this engine would be a huge hit.

God of War (the episode 1 on PS2) , asked more than 100 people without counting tester, additionnal artists help etc ...
and more than two years work !

Can't imagine the team size of AAA games with next technology step !

Do you think they would gave it to you for free? - have you looked at the Videos? They look much better than the vids from the 3D Gamestudio

no offense, but whatever....I love my 3dgs. I think if I were to change engines, I would either a)write my own with a very generic set of shaders...b) go entirely BGE.
