Unity Free iOs and Android license

Just to let you know guys... Unity is giving away free license for iOs and Android until April 8th ...

I don't like their Free system : You must register, give your Crédit Card information
That's why i didn't took much attention to that offer.

Only if i make a complete 3D game, i'll consider pruchase Iphone or Android license with Unity to port it to mobile market !

that's not true. i don't even have a credit card and could register for the free ios and android licenses just fine.

they don't ask any personal info or Credit Cards

offtopic: today my daughter played on lego.com some flash based games, when the system slowed down because of nod32, surprisingly a unity loader appeared for a moment.

That's simply because Unity can now make Flash games and your system didn't know unity is safe application

He probably just wanted to note that lego uses unity for its web applications

as I remember these games have been online long before Unity published its beta feturing flash. maybe a third party plugin bought by Unity.

okay.. free Android and iOS.. but.. many things are missing..
No Audio Filters
No Video Play
No browser Support
Unity Splash Screen is fix and can´t be deleted
No Occlusion


BUT
It´s a good start for learning mobile programming. I really hope Acknex will start Android Support soon ^^

Don't ask too much mobile is not PC power (Audio filtersn Occlusion etc ...)
Browser support ? mobile games play on mobile OS , not on some Safari Browser ??
Video is not so necessary on mobile games, you can make great introductions without video.

For 3DGS , there are already big planned features that takes lot of time from lot lot of time (vegetation editor etc ...)
Mobile will only make these forecast features taking lot more time.

But i agree Android support would be great

i don't mind the missing features but i find the ugly splash screen extremely annoying.
