Looking for a cinematic artist

Hey guys,
Conflict Games needs a short cinematic for the starting of our game "Horde" plus others (like a cinematic for our logo if you get what i mean).
I have drawn up what will happen it in and need it made but do not know how to do it and know of anyone who can complete it or knows how, with that said im looking for someone who can possibly do this for me.

By cinematic artist, do you mean someone you need to animate a scene for you, or someone to model and texture assets for the scene?
Is it also a paid position?

By that term i meant someone to animate a scene for me (all i basically need is a starting animation cinematic for my company, as in like the start of movies how dolby digital has a start up thing with there name, logo etc)

Will pay once i can get some money (im making a medieval models pack to try and sell).

i can do that, but thats not cheap, depening on time and effects this can go from 50-500-5000 dollar/euro. however, you have pro looking stuff then...

i am also doing music and soudn fx if anyone needs :-p

I only require a simple 5 second (max) cinematic so i hope it wont cost to much. and basically just have the letters C and G on an old brick wall style background then sum bullets from a machine gun spray accross the letters and they crack. (just thought of it as i was typing lol CG is an action company "Conflict Games" so i thought the bullets etc would give it the modern/war look)

sounds okay. of course i cannot say more at the moment. do you have a storyboard? deisngs, sketches? its easier and thus cheaper to work with those things provided.

usually it works like this, you show me your concepts and i arrange them to a sample movie. if youre okay with the concept sample, i render the scene and upload the flash video to a site for you to check. if youre okay with that, you pay up and ill upload the final video, in whatever resolution you like.
