I mean you need a modeller or leveldesigner or coder or what?

Here is some constructive advice.

When you say "Right away you probably think I suck at 3DGS", I read "I'm giving you guys a heads up, I suck at 3DGS". If you don't suck at it you can disprove any assumptions people would make about you buy showing screenshots.
