ok im making a devoloping team to make an 3d tank mmo game and other projects so i need devolopers, prgramers, and desiners.

victor, you cant start with 3dgs and ask for the team and you especially cant create mmo game so soon.
you're doing it all wrong, you need to learn programming on your own with some tuts and small projects and then in about a 1year you might be able to do something bigger, little bigger, not a mmo.

sorry but those kinds of posts are seen on many forums posted from guys like you who are doing it on a wrong way. they're all noobs to this and they all want to create some big game with team and they're general idea is i'll be 12 year old leader and my team will make a game for me.

well you wont make it like this, you wont make a team, nor a game like this so early, sorry...but i'm just trying to help you

Try to imagine the following situation:

My apartment is too small for me and my little family so I want to have a bigger apartment in a new house. I go to a construction forum and ask:

"I want to build a new house with lots of apartments. I need an architect, engineers and constructors. I can't pay. You can also live in this house or I share income from rents with you. Thanks.
By the way: How should we call this house?"

Do you see what I mean? This is no joke. A house is expensive but a MMO is even more expensive. And why should they all work for me? They can do all this on their own. They dont need me except I have to offer them something (money, knowledge, hard work).

or get up and learn now to create a small tiny tiny minigame just for you maybe you should just try moving a block via C_move into 1 direction and let it hit another block and you'll how much time it will cost you.
So please stop doing all these sensless topics if you know what the answer will be.

Think about it. Would you sign up for a project you
1) could come up by yourself, because there's nothing revolutionary or creative about the idea
2) have no information about other than what type of game
3) don't know anything about the person that's supposed to lead the team
4) have no plan or strategy to approve or disapprove.

Nobody is going to join you like that, we all have our own ideas.
You'd have to come up with one that can beat all those. Then you'll have people interested.

You are not the first one to post this "want to make MMO" request.
Its always the same backfire.
... so there must be a reason for it.

My suggestion: make a simple Pong game first.
Then a more advances puzzle or FPS game.
