txt_loadw function interprets unicode bom as string

Hi girls and guys!
I impacted into the following strange thing:
txt_loadw function interprets unicode bom as string

With other words the bom is printed together with the first string of the text file.
Has anoybody idea about this?

Well, i could cut off the bom to not show with the first string,
but i interested in to know what is the real solution.
