default.c should not be included automatically

I just spent some time figuring out why my newly added included does result in a weired parsing error in code that ran successfully before - then I found a note in the manual that default.c is always included if no other include is specified; and if there is another script you have to add default.c manually.

Maybe I'm gamestudio spoiled but I find that behavior very confusing
