Using lower TimeFrame on a higher BarPeriod

Using lower TimeFrame on a higher BarPeriod - 09/10/20 13:19

Hi, Is there a workaround on using a lower TimeFrame on a higher Barperiod?
I am planning to view the bars on 30min BarPeriod but I have some signals that uses 1min and 5min TimeFrame, since TimeFrame is an integer I can't use decimals to achieve this.
What I wanted to see is to plot my indicators on lower TimeFrame on a higher BarPeriod.

BarPeriod should be equal to your smallest bar size, never larger. You use TimeFrame to frame your bars into frames.

For example, if you want 5m, 15m, and 60m TimeFrames, you need 5m bars.

Is there a way to plot a 5m chart indicator on a 30m BarPeriod?

No. But you can plot a 5m indicator and a 30m indicator using a 5m BarPeriod.
