connection with a broker

Hi there,
Sorry for the newby question.
I have spent few days reading the workshops, and tried to connect to a Broker. I have 2 sets of user ID and passwords with FXCM and with both I get the same answer when using the Trade key with Z1 or another one:
"Z1 (op group)
Login FXCM
Broker:Login-user or connection doesn't exist.
Can't connect"
and I have a user ID and password for IBX MT4, answer is:
"Z1 (op group)
Login MT4 (demo only)
Broker:can't open MT4 bridge. Check Zorro EA...
Can't connect"
What am I doing wrong?

In the FXCM case, the user ID or password was wrong. Maybe it was mistyped or for a different account type. Passwords are case sensitive. If in doubt, contact FXCM about the login problem.

In the MT4 case, the MT4 bridge was not properly installed. You can find the installation instructions in the manual. In case of problems, look in the FAQ: http://manual.zorro-trader.com/afaq.htm

for fxcm I don't think it was mistyped since I just copied and pasted. There were demo accounts so I don't know about "different account type" but I am going to contact them.
For MT4 I am going to look further into the instructions.
