Zorro S & Zorro from same exe

Hi guys.

So I have Zorro S 2.23 running a trading script on an MT4 account. Everything is working fine with this.

If I open a second instance of zorro it doesn't open it as zorro S. It connects to MT4 via the MT4 bridge but won't let me open any trades. It also incorrectly identifies the trading account on MT4 as demo when it is real.

I've attached a screenshot of both instances and messages.

If anyone has come across this before it would be greatly appreciated for any help.

Do you have Zorro installed in one folder or two folders? If two, are your keys set up correctly for both folders?

Only one folder. I click on the same exe file.

I run it the same way on my laptop and other vps with no issue.

Are you saying you can run two Zorros on one computer and not the other?

Which Windows version are you running?

Yeah so..

Laptop win 10. 2 zorro s 1 MT4
VPS win 16 server. 5 zorro s 1 MT4
VPS win 16 server. 1 zorro s 1 zorro 2 MT4

In speaking with some colleagues the issue seems to be running multiple MT4 with different accounts.

I will check if It happens with 2 MT4s and same account.

If so this would change my issue to.

Does zorro S support the use of multiple MT4 accounts on the same PC.

Yes. I think the problem is not multiple accounts, it is a missing Zorro S key in one instance. Maybe something was wrong in that installation.

In any case, you should not be having these problems. If you cannot figure it out, you can try emailing oP Group support.

Had similar, there was an old installation holding an old keyfile.

I added MT4 accounts to accounts list. Restarted everything and it's all working now!
