Free Zorro S subscription

Hello everyone,

I have one question about de Zorro S subscription

Do I understand correctly that if one opens an account with one of the three brokers (Oanda, Binance, or Global Prime), they then receive a Zorro S license? If so, is this Zorro S license restricted only to the broker, or can I also trade with this free Zorro S license at other brokers?
