In the "Features planned" category you mentioned a account selection system.

What does this mean? Would it then be possible to run multiple Zorro's on one machine for MT4?

If so I would like to vote for this feature

No, for multiple Zorros you'd need Zorro S. But the account selection system would allow to select among several accounts that you have with a broker, or to run multiple MT4 clients with different accounts.
