Seasonal plot functions to respect BarZone

Please make functions like plotDay(), plotWeek() - and other relevant - create plots in the user-selected BarZone, rather than UTC, by default.

For this, copy the functions in your script, and add the bar zone to the x axis labels. The modified functions will then override the original ones.

I already did. Just thought it would save other users time if it were working out of the box.
US and Europe use dst; using UTC pollutes the analysis...
