Yes it is, depending on your dev skills or the interfaces provided by indian brokers.
But since Zorr allows to develop own interfaces to broker api, or can be used to automize web acces too, it is very versatile.
The mostly only limit is development skills.

Not to mention, you can trade on NSE using the IB plugin.
