IB Plugin - Configurable Ports

In order to use three(3) or more gateways simultaneously, one would need to access more than just ports# 4002 and 7496.

Can there be some way to explicitly configure the IB plugin's port number from the Accounts.csv file? Maybe User="4003-1" for using port 4003 as user #1?

Either that, or with the server field. I'll check if it can be done.
