BarZone is the time zone of bars.
Yet, bar end times in the log are in UTC - which is grossly inconvenient when quickly prototyping/ debugging a strategy.

I know how to use printf(); that's beside the point.

I just answer questions. I couldnt care less if the log has UTC times or not.
