Re: Zorro instances and demo trading - 08/17/1517:15
i have the plugin and you can run many on an amazon ec2. Depends on the resources needed, Z12 needs alot. Otherwise you can have a vps inside a vps... you cant trade more than one without the plugin on the same instance. If you figure out how, tell me:)

Thanks both! So, technically, if I extract Zorro to two different folders and run two instances of FXCM demo accounts there shouldn't be any conflict from Zorro's side shouldn't? And concerning FXCM side I think that what 3DCat suggests wouldn't work because the vps inside the vps would use the same IP and FXCM does not allow two connections from one IP or do they?

Hi Mithrandir77. FXCM answer is a little complicated:
a) FXCM allows multiple connections from the same IP - API and/or Trading Station.
b) Without doing anything special, FXCM allows 1 API connection and 1 Trading Station connection to the same Real account. I don't think this limit applies to Demo accounts.
c) If you need more than 1 API connection to the same Real account (e.g., multiple Zorros trading in 1 Real account), FXCM requires multiple access paperwork first.

HTH.
Thanks for your input DdlV, concerning that point, do you need to fill the paperwork even if you use the multisession plug in?
