Error 053: XAG / USD Unavaiable

Error 053: XAG / USD Unavaiable - 09/16/15 14:54

Hi there,

Recently installed Zorro and have above error when trying to run a demo Z3 script (or any other script) with FXCM. I've downloaded all the price data and put it into the history folder as said (extracted), and it still says it can't find it...

Please help.

If you don't succeed at first, try again. Check if you really extracted the "History" content into the right folder. Not in another "History" folder inside the "History" folder.

I believe there is an error because I downloaded all the price data and tried the script again and it says it can't find one of the bars. I asked my friend to download and try it, and he couldn't get it to work either. Seems to be a bug when Zorro tries to upload price data, even though price data is in the folder.

A "bug" is not so likely here, since it would affect also other people and not only you. I can not see from your post what the problem is, but can you contact Support? They know to ask the right questions and will help you quickly solving that error.
