Phantom Trades in Z strategies

Hi,

I am running Z12.
So far, I noticed that I had one phantom trade per every live trade.
Now I have different situation (3 phantom for one of the live)
and think it is not normal.

What goes wrong and how can I fix it and not spoil performance stats ?
