Access Denied with Zorro S

Hi, I'm having this issue with Zorro S version 2.35.8

!Access denied: C:\Users\ADMIN~1\AppData\Local\Temp\3\mt4sock1318******.sys
!Check account type/number 18******
Can't connect!

Any ideas how to fix it? i've found someone else with the same issue but it was not resolved in the forum

Why did you start a new thread if it's the same issue?

Did you set up MT4 in "portable mode"? If so, try installing MT4 instead. This could fix your permission issues.

Please let us know if installing MT4 fixed it. If not, please contact Zorro support. We'd like to find out what the problem is. You need no support ticket in that case.
