Text in a Window that you can scroll?

Hallo,

is it possible to make a windowfunction for textstrings like the window for bmaps?

With such a function its easier to make scrollable text.

it's possible vertically by using size_y, and offset_y

though if it's horizontally, it's a whole different story

I know about it. But the problem is, that if you have for example a questwindow and a very long text, then the text are over the questpanel. But the text should be only shown in/over the panel. Hope you know what i mean.
