Request to add new indicator: TDI (Traders Dynamic Index)

Hi! As per subject I would like to suggest / vote for the addition of the Traders Dynamic Index (TDI) indicator.

I've found it to be a very useful indicator that gives a lot of interesting output, ie for machine learning to train on.
