A user reported an issue with a Global Prime / MT4 account. Apperently his MT4 version sent occasionally wrong parameters to Zorro.
We believe that this was an issue specific to that system, but if you trade on MT4 with Global Prime, please check your Zorro logs and trade status page. If you see any error messages with unclear reasons, please contact Zorro support.
