Unstable sliders when running Z13

When I run the Z13 script, I receive the „Not enough capital“ message. Even with capital slider on 100.000 and Leverage 6. (snapshot in appendix, demo account).

I could work around the problem by erasing the .trd files and running the script again. I get the sell proposal and can sell it automatically via IB bridge.

Nevertheless, I am concerned why this happens, also the sliders occasionally change the values during the script run (like changing form condor to put, changing capital to 5000, etc.).

Any advise ? Thank you ...

I can confirm, the same strange behavior still persist in version 2.30.7

This was supposedly fixed in version 2.35.

@madpower2000 – the behavior of Z13 is not as toxic as it seems. If it helps, I have found a way around it even with the 2.30.7 version. I run the script twice, first time I do not care about the sliders and reject the trade proposal. Then I erase the .trd file in Data folder and set the sliders to the wished values. The Z13 is stable after then. Just if you trade Iron Condor combos, you need to watch the panel not to switch back to „naked Puts“ during the script run. As I mention, this is just a “stupid” way around, good that Zorro team fixed it in the new versions.

@jcl – please advice, I trade Z strategies (besides my own strategies) and download just the official Zorro releases. So, I have currently the 2.30.7 version. However, it is a very old release and the parameters for Z strategies are obviously obsolete. F.e. Z12 parameters are from 9.7.2020. I do not retrain, as you specifically ban it in the manual. And I still download just the official releases, as you state that the new parameters are not part of the beta releases. Is this a correct approach? And how about the 2.35 version and what about new Z12 (Z3, Z7) parameters? Thank you for advice, cheers !!
