Z9/Z13 Capital Allocation

Quick question, as the Z9 and Z13 systems do not run continuously, do I need to adjust the capital slider before each Trade run? Or will the script calculate the in margin based on the original trade run and profit?

Also I'm assuming Capital is set in account currency, and it will convert to USD if necessary?
