Simulating monthly contributions

Hi there,

What is the best/right way of accounting for additional contribution to the capital? For example, injecting $1000 every month as additional capital? I tried adding that every month directly to "Capital", but that seems not to have any effect since "Capital" is actually the initial capital at the begining of a simulation.
