The size of the trade is passed to the MT4/5 in lot?
If so, in a multiasset/multialgo TS, when the number of lots are calculated, before the enterLong/short call or within the enterlong/short call itself?
In other world if I check the Lots variable before open the trade is correct or the number of lots are calculated after?

It's the number of contracts, not the number of lots. It's calculated in the enterLong/Short function.
