Hi,
I am wondering when is recommended and when is not activate the ALLCYCLES flag.
The concept and theoretical pros and cons are clear, but practically?
To be on the safe side I have the ALLCYCLES flag set, mitigated with OptimalFRatio = 3; but I do not know if is the proper setup.
