I didn't modify my desktop at all, just moved the taskbar to the left.

Wow!! That's XP?? What's the name of thid Mod??

It's not a mod, rather a set of applications. I used

Rainmeter with Enigma Skin, CD Art Display with Pure Adium Skin, Launchy with one of its standart skins, RocketDock, and an IconSet as well as a Wallpaper from DeviantArt.
Additional to that I installed a VS also from DeviantArt. Links below.

Question: Does it works with Vista??

I would guess so, all programs are compatible, as far as I know. It might even look better with Aero
