Link should have won here. He's much more a character than G. Freeman, which is basically just a name, not a game character.

Duke Nukem on the other hand is a game (with) character. To bad he's out already. Samus, Link, Freeman, Mario, to be honest they shouldn't have been on the list at all.

Kratos, Max Payne, Lara Croft, Duke Nukem. That's what the top 4 should be like. (Also we need more interesting female game characters...)
