Looking for a music video, probably from David Bowie

Hi,
i just remember i once saw a music video, and i think it was from David Bowie but i'm not sure.

There were fantasy people in a house like half human/half animal and i think he was a lion/horse thing or whatever.

Does someone know it? I somehow can't find it on Youtube.

Yes like this but i think he was lion instead, i'm so not sure anymore.

But he looks like David Bowie though i can't find it.. hmm

I think he was walking through this house while singing and there were also some carnival people.

...it was just a commercial? Man now i'm disappointed, i thought it was a musicvideo.

I first thought it was from Labyrinth too but i couldn't find anything simliar.
