maybe its only in the states, but on my screen some sound loops like the sound of a courtroom, on the top of this page there is in big red letter "THIS PAGE IS UNDER SEIGE" and there is a giant pdf shown below it which looks like activision is legally serving battlefield for tryng to take the name.

First I thought it was funny. Then I read this:

and I knew: the creator of that website belongs to the same category of underage FPS gamers that scream insults about my mother on XBOX Live.
Edit: on second thought it probably is some advertising bullshit by the BF3 devs disguised as what I said above.
