Happy old year

well, in here id like to see what you guys did in 2011. What were your highs and lows for the past year? i have a great many things to say, but you guys go first^^

GStudio things or real life?

everything you consider to be an achievement in 2011^^

Hm... I did not get fatter, got a very short hair cut (it's awesome!) and... oh boy, there weren't too many highs in 2011 for me. My trip to Canada was awesome and the summer was nice, too.
No real GStudio achievement, maybe the start of my platformer.

B.Sc. ftw...

lost weight. got organized. started android programming. moved. etc.

Survived no fap december.

nice vacationin southern France. That's it pretty much.
Most other things failed.

Mostly KarBOOM stuff, really -- KarBOOM in PC Gamer UK magazine, KarBOOM in c't magazine, KarBOOM on Rock Paper Shotgun, KarBOOM on Desura, KarBOOM in IndieDB Top 100... now if I can just finish this thing!

EDIT: I also just found KarBOOM fan-art, which looks really old (old car models + particle-shadow bug), which just made my day.

I've done little in the past twelve months that I would call an achievement.

Episode 1 of GRUNTS was released (not great, but personally notable), I worked a lot on my game engine during the latter half of summer 2011, and I was supposed to graduate Highschool at age 16 last spring.

Nonetheless, I am hopeful for the new year. Next spring I should graduate HS and thus become eligible to enroll in my local university. Even if the classes themselves suck there, they'll give me an excuse to spend time studying their subjects in detail myself.

Can't quite compete with that - but I have this, which is still a huge accomplishment for us, and has been a great and amazing honor!

Also quite motivating, I must say!

My last year, eh, no nothing really worth an achievement [though I got lots in TF2 and other games lol].
