I don't know exactly what engine the Steam in game Browser uses, but it fails.

Firefox 21: success.

Steam uses chromium but i guess they could have disabled some features.

Probably because the IndexedDB API is still a proposal at the W3C and not yet part of the standard.

Still there is no reason why the IE10 implementation does not allow for more than 41 fields
