I did not receive my keyfile - how long? - 03/17/08 02:08
I purchased a7 commercial upgrade from a6 tonight and just curious if sending of the keyfile email is automatic or requires conitec? Since it is Sunday night here in the USA, if it is not automatic, that explains it.
It's been about 4 hours since I purchased it.
Just a friendly question as to when I can expect to receive it. I am anxious to get re-acquainted with Gamestudio.

Yeah,when I upgraded I think it took about 3 or 4 days. Be patient.

Keys are sent instantly. Only upgrades usually take about 12 hours.
From the FAQ page: "Key files for upgrades or team editions are sent mostly within 12 hours, but at least within two business days." So when you order an upgrade Friday evening, you'll usually receive it Monday, but at least Tuesday.

No problem. Like I said, Conitec is a good company and I have been a loyal customer for years and years.
It just keeps getting better and better.
