could you sent me an mail with just a black panel, where I can make OVERLAY. It doesnt work with my draw-program^^

Just use Paint that comes with Windows and save your image as bmp. Any black bits will become transparent when you use the OVERLAY flag.

openoffice for drawing bitmaps?
anyways, type the windows key + r, type in "mspaint" and hit enter.
