Need information on creating Inventory

I want to create an inventory for my game. but i dont have any idea of making that.

I know I should use panels, but i dont know ...

For example how to move between slots?
How can I make my background image(Inventory image) to be in full screen? and...

How can you just assume that? Only because on his board links to pirated 3DGS-versions are being made available by him and another user? Come on. ;-)
