playing movies in lite C

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to play a movie (in whatever format, dvd, MPEG, AVI') within lite C. I want to create an application where you can view a movie and have some kind of nice monitor in de upper right corner superimposed on it.

hmm, i think u can, according to the manual:
media_play
media_loop

but i think u cant apply it on a surface like a monitor (for that u need commercial)

Well I have the commercial version. Any ideas how to superimpose a graph on the screen while keeping other applications in de background.

a graph? what kind of graph?
