SOUND* paramater unknown???

Why is that people?

SOUND* ter = "ter.mp3";

when I start the game:

Sound* parameter unknown <--- I dont understand
....

This have to be at the top of your script, that defines all the STRUCTS like ENTITY, BMAP, SOUND....

BTW, you shouldn't use a SOUND* object for a .mp3 file because how big they are. Look at "media_play" for playing mp3 files.

I use a7...why should I save my script in .c???

The warez version doesnt support SOUND. You need a real version for working with gamestudio.

As Xarthor says: Save your script as .c file. The wdl files are the old c-script and this don`t support the newest functions.

Because the warez version was an old beta version, and many features are not implemented or dont work properly. So with that version you wont have much fun.

Oh, i see in your profile you have the Pro version. I think too its warez!!! No one pay 1000 dollar and don`t know your question.

I don't think you quite get the situation:
You seem to be using a hacked (warez) version of 3DGamestudio, which is considered a crime and could get you in serious trouble.
No one here is envious because everybody uses a legal version and knows what trouble (legal trouble and software troubles) you can get with a warez version.

I'm sorry if your title (Warez kiddie) and all accusations turn out to be false, but I guess you did not get that title for nothing.

If you don't want to spent money and play around with the Acknex engine longer than 30 days (period of the trial version) you should check out the FREEWARE lite-C version on the downloads page.
The only thing you cannot get for free is the WED world editor. But you could easily create your levels with a modelling application and export them to a compatible format and load is using level_load or create it via ent_create

Anyway you were right..I looked after it and the 6.20 and 7.05 are leaked versions. Thank you that you said this cause it helped me a lot.

BUT if you think that all versions are leaked you are really wrong. I used A6 before and worked perfectly, but after my computer screwed up I decided to download A7.05. Now that I know its only a leaked version I download a correct one and that's all.

And I see that you taking that warez-kiddie thing serious, and I know that in foreign countries its a big crime or what...but here (I wont tell what country) its not a big deal really...

i would suggest the FREE and legal Lite-C version its easy,fast and good !
And if you are use it a time than use 3dgamestudio commercial!
But buy it !

Norby, you "are" the greatest asshole here. Everybody bought the legal version of Gamestudio. Everybody will help you, if you have a legal version, but you use warez.

Why in the world should anyone help you, if you use that programm for nothing and all others must pay for it?

BTW:
Dont tell us, that the warez versions works fine. They doesnt. Just download the free Lite-C Version and use this and youre fine.
