Hello, who know where can I find terrain, script, model , etc ? and a list of actions for model for example weapons , a person, etc to download?

you have to import the textures in wed, there you can create the wad

then you should know what I'm talking about. On the textures tab you can found the textures, and if you do right click over default.wad you can find the texture manager

yes ,I know but I mean that I have some pictures .jpg and I want convert to wad.

just create a new wad in wed and add there the jpgs
