Bones Animation Annoyances - 11/03/13 01:00

I am trying to add bones animation to my player in MED. When I select Bone Mode, and then click the Create Bone button which creates a bone by placing a red circle on the player, and if I try moving the red circle to a different location, it moves too far per movement segment. Does anyone know how to reduce the movement segment, and get the red bone circle to move in smaller segments, or more like smooth movement instead of segmented movement?

Also, I cannot figure out how to undo a bone when I place it on the player in MED. I try going to Edit/Undo, but the Undo selection is grayed out.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Just from a quick look

1)Last button on the bone tools allows movement entries. Bone properties button.EDIT-> Top tool bar must be in bone mode and selection mode to use the button and the bone must be selected. Also the global transforms in the object menu might help(not sure didn't test)

2)Unclick the bone-create add button -> makes sure top tool bar is in bone mode -> make sure top tool bar is in selection mode (select, tranform, rotate, sacle) -> box select the bone and press delete.

Search the resources for tutorials for info about the things you want to do, I'm just not trying to go flipping through the AUM and resources looking.

Hi, theres a little 'gear' icon at top menu bar. In that should be the move snap properties, reduce or turn off but remember where it is as snapping is very usefull...

Not enough info about the 'undo' stuff...

Cheers...

Thank you very much Nems. The snap option worked. I really appreciate it.
