I load SED (The main A8 Game Script Editor) and load in a sample, any sample. I press the RUN button and the window pops up and then nothing.
How do I get any script to run?
I upgraded from A7 to A8 Professional.

I just installed it on my gaming machine that I use with other engines like Leadwerks, Tombstone, Unity, Game Guru, Coppercube, etc and A8 refusaes to work on this one as well.
Both are running Windows 10 64 bit. Both computers have at least 16gb ram (this one has 32gb) and a core i7 octacore processor. The gaming laptop, an MSI Dominator, has a high end Nvidia 980GT video card with 8gb of VRAM.
My other computer has a newer 1080Ti Nvidia gaming video card, and it's not working on that one as well.
Any advice on how to get A8 working?

So, took a screenshot of the A8 compiler (which is not easy - it closes so fast) and 1st, it shows it's in trial mode even though I purchased the Pro upgrade. I assumed I had to put my existing license file in the installation folder (which is my A6 license file) since I was not sent another one and A7 works fine with it. In fact, in A8's SED and MED, both show they are licensed to me in their About menu options, with my name, username and password, but in A8's WED (in the about menu) it shows it's in Trial edition even though it's registered to me and shows the username and password. In Acknex, it clearly shows it's in trial 30 day development mode.
I'm not sure how to include an image on this forum - usually Discord, which I greatly prefer, lets you drag and drop an image.
Anyway, I paid the money, so I'd really like this to work in Pro mode as purchased.
Thoughts?

Maybe there's a game going on in the background at the same time? (because protection of game, you can not start SED (oder any other))
Btw, check your Logs too. There are some different logs for every one (SED, WED, MED)

It was the license file. I deleted the old and received my new one last night. Everything works great now.
One thing... some of the demos (samples) report an error - saying it can't open glaux.dll. What is this and how can I fix it?
The samples seems to run anyway.
