Beginner From Scratch Tutorials

I am basically looking a simple to understand beginner tutorial. Something that will allow me to build something i can actually view and walk around in.

For my first project im simply looking to make a small map i can move around it, nothing fancy or no systems implemented. The very basics.

Anyone know of something like this?
