Thanks for the little tutorial.
Ok, I have followed the tutorial and my result (12) is;

It is a simple cube, but I don't get the two sides.

First of all: make sure 3D view is set to textured.

Now if you look closely at the Skin EDitor you'll see 4 triangles.

The two on the left that form one rectangle are the frontmapping and the two triangles at the right form the back mapping.

If you want to have the yellow square mapped on both sides you have to select the frontmapping and stretch it, then select the backmapping and stretch it too. Now if you do it correctly you'll end up with a X shape. And the cube will be mapped correctly.

So the 2 sides are next to one another.
I have tried it with the 6-sided mapping, now the front is over the whole texture and a side (I guess) is on half of the texture.
When I try to strech the front I get the following;

Am I the only one that find that this methode is impossible to work with?
I have seen and tried a lot of 3D design programs, but this one comes in my opinion far below the bottom off my list of 3d design programs.
I am beginning to get from this program.
