OK, as I understand it, there is a *very much desired* LOD Manager available for PRO users (like me). However, I have downloaded the latest beta in the downloads page (GameStudio V6.40 with PRO key) and I don't see a LOD Manager anywhere.

1. Is it still only available to beta users?
2. When will it be available in public?
3. If I use the LOD Manager to lod my models, will they be working in version 4.31 PRO (where my stable game version is)?

Can somebody reply to this please? LOD Manager is essential for my project right now, I guess it is a very important asset for us 3DGers and totaly pointless to remain a beta test feature for so long...

The 'X' stands for experimental and not yet scheduled for official release. I think they are still testing this feature, it's only been in development for about 3 months or something, I'd say it'll take some more time before it get's released considered it's 'experimental stage'.

Experimental features take some more time for getting officially released, because they need more testing or rely on other non-released features. It can take from six months up to, in case of lite-C, more than a year.
