You shure can make nice models,
but what type of multiplayergame do you want to make?

A LAN based type of Diablo game, or an Internetbased type of
Multiplayer RPG with more clients?

Does it have to a a Multiplayergame?
If yes, do you want to stick to 3dGS for it?

Or is it just to make a prototype to show your ideas in action?

This is most important to find a programmer for it.

You should also look for a leveldesigner only after you have set up
the requirements for the gamelevels,
as this defines how the level should be constructed.
(BSP, or pure Model-level, or a Mix of them)
That defines if the leveldesigner must be more skilled in BSP or Modelling.

Lan based but able to connect over the internet
2 players only to begin with or 1 and ai
so yes to multiplayer and ther is no engine preference as long as the game plays good shaders are not nessarry id rather rely on good game play
art and stabillity for the moment i just want to focus on getting a small
1 level demo working all levels will be in model format
bsp for collission only if nessarry
alternatly a lower res collission model

Hi!

Why doing an unpayed job for a guy just working for money?
QUIT PRO QUO!!
The qualitiy of your (alienheretic) models is worth the best code you can get and if the concept is good the result may get worth money.
So come on - offer some ca$h, post the concept/idea or you will get no valid answer...

couldnt have said it better myself

requirements
#1 people that actually want to do something and stick to it till its done
#2 people that actually work to complete things

as far as the pay thing goes

i am doing this as a side project from my normal day job
which most of you know is modeling
(and yes i model for money i have bills to pay just like everyone else here
that is my fulltime job and has been for years now)

if the project goes somewhere or develops into something that makes money
those involved will get there fair share for the work they have done

i already have 1 texture artist other than myself and 1 programer
still looking for at least 1 more programer and level designer

the details of the project other than what has already been said will be disclosed to those that have intrest in the job and by email

Don't get me wrong!
Your models are worth good scripting and leveldesign.
Your offer to share the profit will help to get the right guys!
