Only 2 option come to mind find the entry in your registry
(start..run...regedit)

the second being go to milkshape help about
you will probally see all * astericks.

but they make programs call password revealers that
covert the * astericks back into readable text.

there is no gurantee that it is compatable with the
Milkshape .exe; So try at your own risk.

I don't know of any e-amail adress to contact the author or
I would have contacted myself long ago about a problem
of my own ( cant update with my current password)

This is all I know to do...
good luck,

Always more warez user! if you have bought milkshape, Mete Ciragan that is the author, has sent you an e-mail with the key, that you commonly should print and preserve, for situations of the kind.

Well I can say from personal Experience and
I am a licened owner of Milksape 1.6.5
That the original e-mail adrees he haid is invalid.
The Person replied that he knew Mete Ciragan but had
nothing whatsoever to do with keys or anything of the like;
and that he could provide no help at all.

Obviously this guy dosn't have the original e-mail
or he would not be asking these questions.
Few people keep e-mails that long regardless of what
the message conatained.

Obviously just providing someone a key or serial key
for something is not the right thing to do

But I have found its not a good thing to start
pointing fingers and making assumptions .

If you have the guys E-mail adress why not
just send a P.M. to PrenceOfDarkness
and give it too him so he can handle the key problem
himself.

( not nice to post e-amil adress on board without asking)

To me this seems a much safer and more polite thing
to do than making assumptions about people
