Zubera OP Member Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 247 Deutschland, Koblenz	hello! After formating my Pc i wanted to reinstall 3dgs. So i downloaded the demo and then i wanted to download the key.exe. So i oppened the e-mail with the link and the username/wasswort to download it and oppened the link, typed in username+passwort but then i became the error message "site not found". (username and passwort were correct) How can i get my key.exe? best regards Zubera

TWO Serious User T Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 1,829 Neustadt, Germany	If you bought a com/prof copy of gamestudio you will recive a packet by UPS with a CD and a floppy with the key.exe. If you purchased std/extra you will recive an email with your password and name to download the key.exe; You have to save this exe somehow (on cd or HDD), because conitec delets it after 2 months (or shorter, can�t remember exactly what time)

Well write conitec an email, and when they ask for creditcard information, provide them the necessary information. If they can't do anything for you, they will tell you as well . True, He and I are living in Germany, and there Conitec will ship a cd and a floppy with UPS to your door or sent you a download link ( you can choose ).
